- Identify and secure new vacation rental properties through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and technology-driven sales strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with high availability for client calls.
Reporting Structure:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Brand President at Right Choice Resources.
