Vacation Rental Expansion Coordinator

Right Choice Resources is seeking a Vacation Rental Expansion Coordinator to drive growth by expanding its portfolio of managed properties along Navarre Beach.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through strategic outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the company's footprint in the region, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
• Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance, achieving sales milestones and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

• 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in real estate or vacation rental management is preferred but not required; however, a passion for the industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and technology-driven sales strategies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with high availability for client calls and meetings, and a willingness to travel as needed.
