Field Operations Technician – Duct Cleaning Industry (Opportunities for advancement)
Location : Inwood, New York (Travel Required : Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Upstate NY, Lakewood NJ, Toms River NJ)
Compensation : $50k-$75k DOE plus bonuses (OT when applicable)

Position Overview
This role starts as a hands-on technician position with the opportunity to grow into a multiple-crew management role. No prior vent cleaning experience is required—just a strong work ethic and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn the trade.
Responsibilities
- Travel to residential and commercial locations within the service areas to perform vent and duct cleaning.
- Operate company-provided equipment and van to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
- Learn and implement best practices for dryer vent, air duct, and mini-split cleaning.
- Proactively explore opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs.
- Troubleshoot and solve minor mechanical and technical issues in the field.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions.
- Over time, take on leadership responsibilities, including overseeing and managing work crews.
