Our client is a leading currency technology provider serving financial institutions and payments companies worldwide.
The Enterprise Account Executive will focus primarily on selling to large banks, brokers, and asset managers. This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue by forging strong relationships with enterprise-level clients. The position requires a deep understanding of the company’s products, the ability to articulate their value proposition effectively, and a strategic mindset to navigate complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Account Executive:
- Achieve sales revenue targets as defined in the commission plan and as presented by senior management.
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire new accounts—full sales cycle selling into large banks, brokers, and asset managers.
- Work closely with marketing, product owners, and TAMs to increase the probability of successful sales campaigns, drive optimal and efficient implementations, and strengthen the company’s overall relationship with customers.
- Define and implement quarterly strategic account plans for all priority accounts, with a strong focus on accounts with significant revenue growth opportunities or retention risks.
- Proactively monitor the trading activity of accounts to identify changes in behavior (e.g., reduction in volumes) and uncover opportunities for volume improvements.
- Establish deep relationships across all areas of a client’s organization, including trading, operations, and technology.
Qualifications of the Enterprise Account Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of proven quota track record as a hunter of new logos, selling eFX trading solutions to large banks, brokers, and asset managers.
- Significant experience in a sales role at a financial institution or software solutions vendor.
- Strong knowledge of electronic trading applications and foreign exchange markets.
- Proven experience managing relationships at senior levels within an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to NYC monthly and nationally as needed.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
