About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to lead the expansion of its retirement income platform across wealth management firms. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, managing the full enterprise sales cycle and playing a key role in the companys go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter with deep industry expertise in wealth management, a consultative sales approach, and a track record of closing large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities for Enterprise Fintech Account Executive :
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
o Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
o Manage complex RFP / RFI processes for large financial institutions.
o Drive engagement with C-suite executives, wealth managers, and financial planning leadership.
o Build and execute strategic outreach plans to generate a high-value sales pipeline.
Strategic Go-To-Market & Sales Development
o Refine enterprise sales strategy, messaging, and positioning in collaboration with the CEO.
o Develop scalable sales processes, best practices, and sales playbooks.
o Provide market intelligence to shape product development and positioning.
o Establish key KPIs and metrics to track and optimize sales performance.
Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
o Represent the company at major fintech, wealth management, and retirement planning events.
o Engage in panel discussions, webinars, and whitepapers to establish industry authority.
o Maintain deep expertise in retirement income planning and industry trends.
Required Qualifications for Enterprise Fintech Account Executive :
- 10 years of enterprise FinTech sales experience, specifically selling into investment firms, RIAs, and wealth management firms.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas, closing multi-million-dollar deals within this targeted vertical.
- Strong consultative selling expertise with senior financial professionals.
- Experience working in startup and scaling environmentscomfortable building from the ground up.
- Ability to independently manage full sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite leaders in strategic conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics, optimize outreach, and forecast revenue.
- Deep understanding of the wealth management industry, financial planning, and retirement income strategies.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
