What You’ll Do
- Lead and guide a talented team of auditors, promoting a culture of collaboration and high standards.
- Take ownership of audit engagements, ensuring compliance and delivering timely results to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their financial and audit needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, attending industry events and strengthening the firm’s presence in the market.
- Stay ahead of industry changes, keeping the firm in compliance with the latest auditing regulations.
- 5 years of audit experience within public accounting, including leadership responsibilities.
- Active CPA license and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to drive team success.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
