CPA

A nationally recognized public accounting firm operating in 11 offices across the country is looking for a highly experienced CPA to become a key member of our dynamic team in Prineville, OR. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for both profit-driven and non-profit organizations. Additionally, we require significant experience in tax return preparation and review. We're seeking a self-starter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and client expectations with independence.

Position Requirements

• Active CPA License
• At least 5 years of experience in tax services
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Highly motivated with a commitment to excellence
• Adaptable and personable, capable of working with a variety of individuals
• Demonstrated experience in public accounting, particularly in tax return preparation
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your expertise in current federal and state tax regulations to deliver optimal tax outcomes for our clients.
• Prepare and review tax returns and devise tax strategies for businesses, individuals, and fiduciaries.
• Regularly meet with both existing and new clients to address their tax-related needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients using your excellent communication skills, and identify opportunities to expand the firm’s services to new clients.
