- Align IT infrastructure strategies with the company’s construction project demands, ensuring scalability and reliability across diverse environments.
- Technology Integration and Collaboration: Partner with project management and field operations teams to integrate cutting-edge IT solutions that enhance construction efficiency and data management.
- Collaborate with software development and data analytics teams to support the deployment and optimization of construction technology platforms.
- Technical Leadership and Implementation: Provide expert guidance in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud-based infrastructure (Azure), endpoint management (Intune), and collaboration tools.
- Oversee the deployment and support of field-based technology, such as mobile devices, site connectivity, and specialized construction software.
- Operational Excellence and Security: Establish and enforce best practices for IT operations, security, and compliance, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical systems.
- Lead incident management and problem resolution efforts, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure services.
- 5 years of experience supporting cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions, relevant to construction data management.
- 5 years of experience managing endpoint and collaboration services, including mobile device management and remote access solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong understanding of construction technology trends and their application in improving project efficiency.
