Role Overview :
We seek experienced CPAs or CPA candidates at the Senior Associate to Director level with expertise in Tax Audit Business Valuation or Financial Advisory . This is an inoffice role with potential hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tax : Prepare & review tax returns support strategic tax planning.
- Audit & Assurance : Lead audits reviews and compilations for financial statement accuracy.
- Business Valuation & Advisory : Conduct valuations cash flow analysis and M&A advisory.
- Financial Consulting : Provide accounting support & financial statement analysis.
- Client Engagement : Manage projects advise clients and ensure highquality service.
Qualifications :
4 years in a CPA firm with expertise in tax audit valuation or advisory
CPA license or actively pursuing (within 612 months)
CCH software experience preferred
Industry knowledge in construction manufacturing or retail is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage engagements effectively
