Position for a reliable, personable, motivated and self-sufficient individual that can assist in running several local offices.
Property Manager Position Requirements:
1. Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to tenants and addressing their concerns promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
2. Operational Oversight: Ensuring that the property runs smoothly and efficiently, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant satisfaction.
3. Tenant Relations: Managing interactions with tenants, addressing their needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive living or working environment.
4. Financial Management: Handling expenses, rent collection, banking, and financial reporting to maintain the property's profitability.
5. Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring that property issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
6. Lease Administration: Managing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, including ensuring compliance with all lease terms and legal requirements.
7. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that the property adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety codes, fair housing laws, and zoning regulations.
8. Marketing and Leasing: Promoting the property, showing units to prospective tenants, and managing the leasing process to maximize occupancy rates.
9. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, implementing safety measures, and property protection strategies.
10. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to improve property value, operational efficiency, and overall performance.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
High school diploma required
Clean employment background and clean driving record
MUST have reliable transportation
Ability to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekends & Holidays are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
