Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property-related information.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Implement strategies for upselling additional services or amenities to tenants.
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as monitoring security systems and coordinating building access.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. - Utilize math skills to perform financial calculations and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Customer relationship management skills to build positive tenant relationships.
- Familiarity with facilities management tasks, such as security systems and building access control.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

-Clean employment background and clean driving record
-MUST have reliable transportation
-Ability to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekends & Holidays are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
