Right Now Air, a trusted HVAC company in Las Vegas, NV, is looking for a full-time Home Services Office Coordinator to be the backbone of our daily operations. This full-time administrative and customer service position offers $18 - $22 an hour, along with fantastic benefits like:

As a Home Services Office Coordinator, you will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the flexibility to work Saturdays as needed. During our busiest seasons, occasional overtime may be required to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional customer service we promise.

As a Home Services Office Coordinator, you will start by returning after-hours service requests and preparing for a day filled with customer interactions. You will answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and update customer information with precision. Throughout the day, you will assign work orders to technicians, assist in dispatching, and ensure all invoices are accurate. You will manage seasonal maintenance schedules, keeping everything organized so our team can operate smoothly. Whether you're corresponding with clients and vendors via email or assisting with general office tasks, you will play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 1 year(s) of clerical experience in an office setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn and effectively use our dispatching software
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, while staying punctual and reliable

Spanish-speaking skills, HVAC knowledge, basic accounting experience, and familiarity with Las Vegas maps and neighborhoods are helpful but not required.
