Right Now Home Care, is hiring qualified individuals to provide assistance to consumers with a wide range of needs in the following locations Philadelphia, Bucks County, Delaware and Montgomery Counties as a Care giver. You will provide direct consumer care as assigned from Right Now Home Care in the consumers home and community to help support Activities of Daily Living. Your mission will be to provide quality, safe and effective home care services while adhering to the independent living philosophy of the consumer and their care plan. To gain employment with RNHC, we require you must be 18 years of age or older, have references, and a drive to help people in the community. Also, must have car.

  • 14 an hour

Tasks typically include, but are not limited to :

  • Companionship / Errands
  • Meal Preparation
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Personal Care Assistance

    • Preferred Competencies include, but are not limited to :

  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Focusing on Consumer Needs : Anticipate, understand, and respond to the consumer's needs, to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameters.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a calm and professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment.
