What You’ll Do:
As our Experiential Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll lead various client initiatives, including trade shows, corporate experiences, product launches, customer engagement programs, and sales incentive events. You’ll also be in charge of strategy, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis, ensuring that every experience is impactful and exceeds expectations.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources stay on track.
- Create and maintain project roadmaps and detailed timelines to ensure seamless event execution.
2. Client-Centric Event Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of experiential programs such as trade shows, corporate events, product activations, and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with clients to define event goals, target audiences, and key success metrics.
- Ensure client branding, messaging, and objectives are seamlessly integrated into all aspects of planning and execution.
- Work with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure event strategies align with client goals.
3. Event and Trade Show Coordination:
- Manage event logistics, including booth/space reservations, asset shipment, vendor coordination, and lead management.
- Collaborate with clients on sponsorships and exhibitor needs to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Guide clients in refining their event strategies to optimize their presence and align with business objectives.
4. Vendor and Budget Oversight:
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors, including event suppliers and production teams, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, providing regular updates to ensure financial targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts to achieve maximum value and quality for our clients.
5. Creative and Experiential Execution:
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to design unique experiential elements, messaging, and themes.
- Oversee logistics for transportation, accommodations, event swag, and team coordination.
- Maintain and update key documentation, such as playbooks, agendas, and pre-event guides.
6. On-Site Event Leadership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors during events, providing exceptional on-site management.
- Travel 20–30% of the time to support client events, committing to attending at least five (5) events annually.
- Proactively address on-site challenges to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
7. Post-Event Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and analyze post-event data to measure performance and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future events.
- Develop post-event surveys and detailed reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or trade shows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams), and event software like Cvent or Salesforce. Cvent certification is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and marketing communications.
