Position Overview
To provide quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis, in a safe environment engaging them in the therapy process.
Essential Functions
1. Treats clients, family members, visitors and fellow employees with courtesy, dignity and respect, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and competency.
2. Review and complete progress notes weekly
3. Exemplifies a team concept.
4. Complete Bio-psychosocial Assessments and Treatments plans
5. Demonstrates ethical and professional conduct in the performance of all position functions, free of fraud, abuse and conflict of interest.
6. Completes documentation including Mental Health treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, biopsychosocial assessments, required demographic reports, and discharge documentation.
Job Qualification Requirements
License/Certification: Acceptable LCSW/LPC/LMHC
Knowledge/Experience:
* Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study
* Must pass a criminal background check
Job Type: Full-time or Contract
