Position Summary: Right Path Behavioral Health Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development and Marketing with Behavioral Health Industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with medical/healthcare providers, agencies, vendors, and payers; to create referral partnerships and to ensure our company's community and professional partnerships are provided with the highest level of service and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Understand and articulate the Company's full line of services capabilities, and competitive advantages, and identify and refer opportunities within each of these areas
· Meets with and establishes referral relationships with providers in the community i.e. VA hospitals, community centers, assisted living facilities, primary care, psychiatrists, therapists and others.
· Establish results-producing relationships with the referral community including physicians, discharge planners and payers..
Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means
· Informs the CEO and Leadership Team of information learned from networking with providers to determine methods to enhance referrals from community care providers
· Attends Leadership Team meetings and other meetings as directed by the CEO and required to meet performance goals.
· Market Research: Conduct extensive research on the behavioral health market to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
· Partnership: Identify potential clients and partners in the behavioral health field, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
· Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a strong network within the behavioral health sector and represent the company effectively.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
· (Master's degree preferred).
· At least 2 year of experience in, sales, or marketing, with an emphasis on the behavioral health industry.
· Knowledge of behavioral health trends.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.

COMPENSATION: Based on experience, education, and credentials.
Pay: $80,000-$100,000
