Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, answering phone calls, data input, managing various clerical tasks, and more. This position requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Support office management tasks to enhance workflow efficiency

Experience

  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in clerical work with a focus on time management

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
