We’re looking for a Branch Administrator to act as the central point of coordination for administrative, financial, and customer support functions within the branch. This role supports daily operations by managing workflow between field and office teams, coordinating job file accuracy, handling customer communications, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
· Coordinate daily administrative functions for the branch, including data entry, report preparation, filing, and office supply management.
· Partner with field and operations teams to support job scheduling, job tracking, and technician coordination.
· Maintain accurate project records, ensuring completeness of documentation in accordance with company standards.
· Assist with onboarding processes including system access setup.
Customer Service & Communication
· Serve as a first point of contact for customers and vendors, handling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
· Communicate with customers throughout the job lifecycle for updates, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution.
· Manage customer outreach efforts, including follow-up calls, online review engagement, and post-job communication.
Financial Support (AR/AP Coordination)
· Reconcile payment records and work with corporate billing or finance teams to ensure accurate tracking.
· Provide support with accounts payable tasks such as invoice routing, payment logging, and vendor setup.
Required Skills & Experience
· 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer service role (experience in restoration, construction, or field services is a plus).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with QuickBooks, CRM platforms, or project tracking tools is a plus.
· Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting field operations or technician-based teams.
· Familiarity with restoration or service industry terminology and workflows.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
