We are seeking Supervisor, Water Mitigation to lead emergency response and mitigation efforts. The Supervisor, Water Mitigation will oversee water damage restoration projects, manage crews, and ensure efficient, high-quality service to clients in need of immediate disaster recovery assistance.
The Supervisor, Water Restoration will be based in from our branch office in Philadelphia, PA 19136 and will travel to projects sites in the area up to 50% of the time. The Supervisor will work 10-hour shifts and will need to be on call/available to work weekends as needed. The position offers a base salary between $50,000 and $55,000 with full benefits, vehicle allowance, and bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor, Water Restoration
- Supervise and coordinate water mitigation projects, ensuring timely and effective response.
- Lead and train crews on water extraction, drying techniques, and structural restoration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Maintain detailed job documentation, including moisture readings and progress reports.
- Communicate with homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters to provide updates.
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and proper usage on job sites.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide leadership in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications of the Supervisor, Water Restoration
- 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the Restoration or Construction Industry. Water Mitigation experience a plus.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug test before employment.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
