Position Title: Move Manager
Job Description:
Our company is experiencing significant growth in multiple markets, and we are seeking experienced Move Managers/ Team Leads in the Senior Move Management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of senior move management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients and their families, establishing strong relationships built on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, preferences, and concerns regarding their relocation, and develop personalized relocation plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external service providers (such as movers, organizers, and estate sale professionals) to ensure seamless execution of relocation plans.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the full moving lifecycle, from sales consultation to moving day.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relocation or senior services industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with seniors and their families during a significant life transition.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to senior clients.

- Oversee logistical aspects of the move, including packing, transportation, unpacking, and setup of clients' new residences, while adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.
- Anticipate and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the relocation process, employing creative problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and client communications, and provide regular updates and reports to management as needed.
- Conduct post-move evaluations to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in our senior move management services.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
