Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive calls and schedule according to category of call and what is already pending.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls
- Collect and document information from callers
- Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency
- File paperwork
- Assist office manager with any other office work needing to be done.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Experience with Microsoft word, excel
