Right Way is a part of American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. Due to recent growth, we are looking for a Modernization Helper to work in the Tampa/ St. Pete, FL region.
In this role, the Helper assists the mechanic on Modernization jobs, keeping the tools and job site organized, running parts and materials, and maintaining tools, equipment and components to ensure safe work practices.
The successful candidate must possess a HS diploma or equivalent, have a valid and clean driver's license, and have previous knowledge and experience with either hydraulics, electrical, engines or HVAC. Previous elevator experience or technical military training is highly preferred. Must be able to drive a cargo van.
