Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Fronter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handling outbound phone calls and pre-qualifying customers and transferring them to our licensed sales agents. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions.
Duties
- Manage outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Follow up on leads generated through outbound calling efforts to drive sales opportunities.
- Uphold company standards in phone etiquette and communication at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and communicate effectively with clients.
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Competence in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
Pay
- 13/hr Commission
