We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this supportive role, you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities to help drive brand growth and engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team and upper management to execute campaigns and analyze their performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing to make an impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage social media content.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
  • Support the production of marketing materials, including presentations, promotional content, and printed collateral.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, scheduling, and tracking performance.

Job Duties

  • Create social media posts, schedule posts and engage with followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website content as needed.
  • Organize and manage digital asset libraries, including photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for internal and external events.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
  • Support the production of marketing materials, including presentations, promotional content, and printed collateral.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, scheduling, and tracking performance.
  • Assist with updating spreadsheets used for product data and product pricing. Basic knowledge of Excel required.

    • Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the marketing field.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact).
  • Experience in Adobe Cloud software. Specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience with website software (ex : Shopify, WordPress, etc.). Knowledge of the HubSpot CMS platform is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priority or focus as needed.
  • Detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
