Executive Assistant’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence with efficiency and discretion.
- Arrange detailed travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Oversee administrative operations, ensuring a well-organized and fully stocked office.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions.
Executive Assistant’s Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance or private equity.
- Strong proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and polished communication skills.
