They are looking for a Global Head of IT Infrastructure who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for IT infrastructure operations and engineering across the organization. This is onsite in Fairfield County, CT.
Global Head of IT Infrastructure’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and optimize methodologies for IT service continuity, availability, and operational management.
- Oversee the development of configuration, incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Manage IT infrastructure budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Identify and address gaps in IT methodologies, promoting redundancy and continuous improvement.
