This is a hybrid position based in Orange County, FL.
Lead Hardware Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and develop high-performance electronic hardware using Altium.
- Integrate RF chipsets into PCB designs and ensure optimal RF performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring complete products—not just chips—to market.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure product reliability and efficiency.
Lead Hardware Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
- Proficiency in Altium for PCB design.
- Strong knowledge of RF concepts and hands-on experience integrating RF chipsets into PCB designs.
- Experience in full product lifecycle development, from prototype to production.
