JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing the value of the product for end users. Strong planning and organization skills are a must. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the engineering team, the QA team, the service delivery team, and customers to create and deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, the service delivery team, and engineering teams to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with UX / UI designer, software engineers, and QA teams to refine user stories and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to guide the software engineering team.
- Be part of / lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint review meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for a subset of the product portfolio.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering user feedback to iterate and enhance features.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on product progress and key metrics.
