JOB SUMMARY :
RightCrowd' s Solution Architect plays a key role in our project delivery team by implementing our solution and coordinating integration with other products. Collaborating with our customers, through the project from building initial technical requirements to installation and user acceptance testing, the Solution Architect ensures a smooth roll out for the customer. Leading the technical relationship with the customer, this role helps manage scope, direction, and technical delivery of the project.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Work collaboratively with the customer's project team to support key project outcomes, focusing on the technical delivery of our solution.
- Drive quality requirements from the customers and ensure excellent customer communication.
- Manage the customer expectations for timelines and requirements as the technical lead ensuring change and scope are controlled appropriately.
- Develop, design and document project collateral including technical requirements, technical and functional specifications, and acceptance testing cases.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients liaising with other internal resources to obtain updates and input as necessary.
- Perform user acceptance testing using solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Perform implementations and configuration of systems.
- System Administration and Active Directory troubleshooting in Windows focusing on SQL Server and IIS.
- Level 3 Support and mentorship for more junior members of the team.
