Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for garnering new technology companies and laboratories into the folds of our ultra secure technology park. You will work directly with our facilities-management and installation transformation teams to ensure our services and amenities align with and are attractive to the outside institutions with which we contract. With a 5% uncapped commission structure on all net revenue for ongoing contracts in perpetuity and a nation-wide territory, this position should be attractive to independent and high-performing outside sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present offerings to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success in lead generation and closing deals.
