Job Description
The Inbound Receptionist plays a lead role interfacing with both existing customers and prospects. This person makes initial contact with customers that reach out via telephone or the web to request various forms of assistance. Interaction with customers is often via phone but this role is regularly required to greet customers or guests in-person at our office. This person must have a servant’s attitude in dealing with others and a heart to help people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer Inbound customer calls.
2. Help customers connect with their assigned RNM representative.
3. Identify appropriate contact person to transfer calls.
4. Assist customers with initial cancellation request notifications.
5. Manage voice messages including returning phone calls and assisting customers as needed.
6. Greeting and check-in visitors.
7. Manage front desk deliveries and receivables.
8. Assist with special projects assigned by their direct supervisor or any member of the ELT.

6. Knowledge of RightNow Media platforms.
7. Prior experience and skills in customer-facing role.

Organizational Relationship:
The Receptionist reports to the Director of Customer Onboarding. The Receptionist will interact extensively with employees within Customer Success/Sales and other functional areas across RightNow Media both domestic and global.

Schedule
Full-time 40 hours
Monday- Thursday: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Work Location
Office in McKinney, Texas (This is not a remote position.)
Salary : $18 - $20
