Responsibilities include the following :
- Provide Commissioning and Construction Administrative support including engineering and technical support on ongoing projects.
- Review designs and lead onsite commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with technical documentation and contractual requirements.
- Ensure all aspects of construction projects are designed, installed, tested, and maintained.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning records of site observations, testing processes, and checklists.
- Assist with the identification and resolution of commissioning and construction MEPFP system operational issues, including the development of Commissioning Plans, specifications, and final Commissioning Reports.
- Track and review progress, compiling reports as necessary.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Troubleshoot technical MEPFP-related issues.
- Lead the Cx / CA team.
- Manage projects from “Cradle to Grave.”
- Act as a liaison between Vanderweil Engineers (PIC, Project Manager, and engineers), end clients (owners), and contractors (including subcontractors).
