Job Description
Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for existing and new customer programs, managing the
engineering services along the entire value chain of development, industrialization, production and life cycle
management offering the best technical solution. The TPM is the key liaison between the Customer Organization,
Industrial, Test, and Quality Engineering. They manage the program in terms of product costs, timeline, technical
feasibility and quality risks
Tasks and Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Own project schedules/delivery targets & budgets
Communicate to key internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of customers technical requirements, evaluate feasibility for production, and develop
recommendations and solutions to be presented to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Development and review of total production cost based on MPC and PPC results
Support Customer Organization with development of customer proposals and quotations
Lead New Product Introductions and set-up of process with internal stake holders
Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, maximizing profitability, and
ensuring adherence to high quality standards
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
PCB Manufacturing Experience.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects regarding the production of electronic, precision mechanical and
electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies
5 years of experience in project management/electronics environment preferred
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with strong project management and leadership skills
Technical knowledge and thorough understanding of contract manufacturing processes within the
electronics markets
Problem-solving skills
Strong industrialization know-how
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
