RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for Customer Solutions Representative in Rio Rancho, NM for an onsite position. This person will apply basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Pay Rate: $16.60/hr. on W2
Duration: 1-year contract (potential renewal)
Position: Required Onsite
Position Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Partner with sales operations on ABM Outreach content creation and upkeep
- Present our company to potential clients
- Impeccable documentation of outbound activity and lead management
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Informs customers of company promotions and upgrades; may persuade customer to purchase extended products, services, supplies.
- Responsible for pipeline and forecast responsibility in accordance with sales center business process.
- Establishes a professional working relationship with the client
- Aligns the account strategy and sales motions to maximize client value
- As dictated by the selling model, establishes partner contacts to share account information and seek joint opportunities that drive incremental revenue
- Attains quarterly targets and annual quota
Education and Experience Required:
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and corresponding Microsoft Office/Office 365 Applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Etc...).
- Two-year university/associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in IT.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar roleF
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force)
- Experience with sales enablement Software (e.g. Outreach, Insides Sales)
- Familiarity with MS Suite
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Exhibits knowledge of the company’s portfolio of products or capacity to learn and utilize product resources to meet job requirements.
- Consistently meets or exceeds metrics related to outbound calls, open pipeline leads, and closed won revenue set by segment management
