RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are currently seeking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Midland, TX. If you are a motivated individual with experience in equipment operation and a strong work ethic, APPLY NOW!
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor, and operate various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility under direct supervision.
- Operate machines such as rewinders, cover lines, packagers, braiders, and plastic extruders.
- Handle the operation of multiple machines simultaneously, building reels, or operating a forklift.
- Perform repair, patching, or splicing of pipes as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and adherence to specifications.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
