RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are currently seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our R&D team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in performing various testing procedures in a laboratory environment for quality assurance. Duration: 5 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing various testing procedures in a laboratory environment for quality assurance.
- Duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative analytical tests, performing calculations and determinations on tests, and evaluating physical/chemical characteristics.
- Familiar with the use of standard and industry specific specialized laboratory equipment.
- Analyzes test results and experiments to ensure conformity to physical and/or chemical specifications.
- Maintains records of analysis and tests
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to work with clearly defined methods and tasks that are described in detail, under close supervision
- Usually routine tasks (physical/manual)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of basic chemistry is a plus.
- With laboratory work experience or manufacturing work experience is preferred.
- Must have at least a high school diploma or graduated from high school science course work.
