What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Level Accounting Professional position at RightStone?
We are looking for Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, TX with $18/hr. pay for a 3-month contract, temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records, while collaborating closely with business units and Capital Project stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making and operational excellence. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience – APPLY NOW!
Schedule: 9:00AM – 5:00PM, overtime depending on the workloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly trial balances, identify key variances, and provide clear, actionable commentary
- Prepare and submit journal entries for month-end close
- Oversee capital assets under construction and lead process/control improvements
- Support internal control initiatives, including audits and compliance reviews
- Partner with Engineering and Shared Services teams on capital project reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Prior experience in CPG industry or large corporate environments
- Exposure to controls, compliance, and internal audit processes
