What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate (First shift) position at RightStone?
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, TX 76140 with $18/hr. pay for a 3-month contract. This person will be responsible for forklift operations, loading and unloading of trucks, and will have access to a computer for inventory management. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional weekends)
Dress code: Jeans, shirt, and steel-toe boots - required
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple styles of forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Use RF guns and computer systems for inventory tracking, order pulling, and restocking
- Unload and load delivery trucks with accuracy and care
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
- Escort contractors on-site to ensure safety and compliance
- Work both independently and as part of a small team in a high-responsibility setting
Requirements:
- Extensive forklift experience (required)
- Comfortable with basic computer use and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Must pass a background check with no history of violence or theft
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team
