Title: Agile Coach
Client: NYC
Location: Broadway, NYC (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Hours: 37.5hrs/week
Job Description:
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and execute coaching roadmaps.
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Conduct Agile training, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Promote continuous improvement via retrospectives and metrics-driven strategies.
- Engage stakeholders and facilitate Agile adoption.
- Standardize Agile practices and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Align).
Mandatory Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years in software development, 8 years in Agile coaching.
- Certifications: ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Agile frameworks, CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Desirable skills:
- Experience transitioning teams to Agile.
- Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management.
- Metrics-driven coaching expertise.
- Change management and organizational behavior understanding.
- Passion for technical mentoring (TDD, paired programming).
