Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the MTA in driving Agile transformation across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile methodologies, strong coaching skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide teams and leadership in Agile best practices, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and mindset shifts.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Conduct Agile training sessions for teams, product owners, and leadership.
Identify and address impediments to Agile adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Coach teams on Agile tools, metrics, and reporting to drive performance improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Agile governance and scaling strategies.
Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
Drive a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and incremental delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile transformation leader.
Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentorship skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and scaling methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional, ICAgile Certified Coach) are a plus.
