Automotive Inventory Manager
We are an established high volume dealership group looking to fill a key position. The inventory manager needs to be an extremely organized multi-tasker who works well without constant supervision. Previous experience working for a car dealership is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Arrange/ schedule drivers for transportation
- Issue purchase orders to vendors for repairs
- Maintain relationships with service vendors
- Manage inventory selection for separate car lots
- Maintain adequate inventory for lots to maintain inventory needed for current sales
- Stock in vehicles delivered
- Maintain federally regulated disclosers of buyers guides on inventory
- Print all docs for deal jackets
- File all invoices pertaining to inventory
Benefits include health, dental, vision after on two full calendar months and 401k after 90 days.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive inventory management within a dealership setting
- Strong skills in inventory control and demand planning
- Proficiency in supply chain analytics and data mining
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management and distribution center operations
- Experience with relevant software tools such as Tableau and SQL
- Ability to implement process improvements and root cause analysis techniques

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
