Job Summary :
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in our mission to restore and renovate structures with historical and cultural significance, as well as contemporary properties in need of revitalization. Your role will encompass the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment to final delivery, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a vital part in shaping the architectural landscape of Kansas City.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects, adhering to project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive on-site assessments to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and feasibility.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project designs and historical accuracy.
