You will be handling phone interactions, addressing the needs of various entities, and navigating diverse procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer calls regarding billing questions, account discrepancies, and payment inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing issues by analyzing accounts and collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Multitask Across Entities: Manage billing processes across different customer entities, ensuring compliance with specific procedures and policies for each.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the system.
- Process Adherence: Understand and follow unique billing workflows, adapting to various internal and external requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Accounts Receivable, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure seamless billing operations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new procedures, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in billing, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using billing software and general office applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Mindset: A genuine eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
