We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Roadway Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of highway and interchange design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive roadway projects. This includes working closely with clients to understand their project requirements, managing project tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will attend client meetings, communicate effectively with other team members, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in highway and interchange design. A minimum of 5-15 years of experience is required, along with a valid PE license and knowledge of MaineDOT and/or NHDOT standards. Proficiency in MicroStation V8i software, Bentley InRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D is also necessary. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as well as being detail-oriented and a self-starter.
