Rigid Security is a fast-growing, innovative security solutions provider specializing in high-quality, customized security installations. We serve diverse clients across multiple sectors, including commercial buildings & healthcare facilities. With a reputation for delivering exceptional security systems, we’re looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for security system installations, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Oversee installation teams, coordinating schedules, materials, and resources for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate project feasibility, recommending technical solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that installations comply with regulatory standards and Rigid Security’s quality expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in project management within the security, electrical, or low-voltage industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and vendors.
- RTPM, CSPM or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site at client locations, with occasional travel required.
