Job Description :

• Analyze the existing data structures in PeopleSoft and confirm the necessary transformations for Data Warehouse compatibility.
• Extract data from PeopleSoft using SQL and other relevant tools.
• Creation of efficient data structures that support reporting and analytics (expertise in

dimensional modeling and entity-relationship (ER) modeling).

• Develop and implement data transformation processes to clean, standardize, and enhance the quality of the data during migration.
• Create data mapping documents that outline the relationships between source and target

data fields.

• Design and implement ETL processes to load data into the Data Warehouse, ensuring efficient performance and data integrity.
• Utilize ETL tools for data integration.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration to ensure that all data has been successfully transferred.
• Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand

data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and data security protocols, including

encryption, data masking, and compliance with regulations (e.g., PII, HIPAA)

• Recommending and analyzing the possibility of Cloud Data Warehousing.

Minimum Requirements :

• Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5 experience in data migration projects, specifically from PeopleSoft to a Cloud Based Data Warehouse system.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• 8 Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
• Experience with databases such as ORACLE, SQL Server, SYBASE, INFORMIX, and

DB2.
