Primary Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Rigsby's specifications.
- Serve food and drinks to guests courteously and promptly.
Specific Functions and Duties:
- Mix ingredients to prepare beverages.
- Interact with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Complete opening and closing side work.
- Present guest checks and process transactions.
- Relay food orders to the kitchen.
Qualification Standards:
- Operate bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines.
- Stand during the entire shift.
- Have basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills.
