Position Summary:  

Effectively and efficiently coordinate completion of customer repairs by greeting customers, writing accurate estimates, ordering parts, schedule repairs, write repairs orders with accurate descriptions of problems and repairs. 

Essential Functions / Responsibilities: 

• Greet Customers in a timely / friendly manner 

• Generate accurate damage estimates 

• Create and complete repair orders 

• Schedule repairs with limiting down time to customer 

• Document accurate description of customer complaints 

• Work with our insurance partners in a timely and professional manner 

• Become primary contact to customer and insurance providers 

• Obtains customer approvals and signatures 

• Close repair orders in a timely manner 

• Determine and obtain payment method 

• Update customer on repairs 

• Coordinate customer parking 

• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner 

• Maintains professional appearance 

• Keeps work area clean 

• Other duties assigned by manager 

Essential Education and Experience Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Minimum 1 year Body Repair experience in trucking industry 

• Valid driver’s License

• Practical knowledge and abilities to use computer applications 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Heavy Truck Estimating experience 

• Background and understanding of trucks and truck equipment 

• Customer experience
