Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of product management experience with 3 years with full accountability of a complex program, portfolio or product.
10 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, scrum master or product manager
3 years' experience in an agile delivery culture
Experience managing ERPs or Enterprise Platforms as a product an advantage
Experience delivering applications within an automated CI/CD SDLC
Airline or logistics experience an advantage but not essential
Special demands:
The role will require frequent (~monthly) domestic travel and occasional (annually) international travel
Skills:
Experienced influencer and storyteller with very good Oral/Written communication skills
Skilled Workshop facilitation in complex environments
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Critical thinking skills
