  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, data centers, virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale IT transformations or cloud migrations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or ITIL are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and healthcare IT systems (EHRs, telehealth, etc.)
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive IT initiatives.
